Provided by Korean Air as the arriving flight from Auckland was 18:00 and the connection flight to Amsterdam the next day 14:30. The transport is a chaos. Business class passengers are usually assisted to get to a hotel, which is part of the deal, as quickly and easy as possible. Korean lets you find out yourself and you end outside (exit 14) waiting in the freezing cold for a bus which did not take the passengers as it was packed with people. The next one, another cold 15 minutes waiting, was packed too but we and 2 other passengers managed to get in, but were transported nearly pressed to the window.

The hotel itself is perfect however. Big luxurious room with perfect beds, an automatic toilet/bidet combination and fully sound proof. Vouchers for an extensive buffet dinner and breakfast were provided which both offered lots of choice. There?s a nice swimming pool with spa which can be used and some other gym options.
